This article is in four parts due to the length. It is humorous, yet bitingly truthful. Each stands alone, but you may want to read all four parts.
Part 1
A throng of commuters are bottled up around the Easy/Get Rich Quick No Worries Highway. Traffic is moving slower than a crawl. Most of the problem seems to be stemming from the number of cars still entering the on ramps. It is particularly troublesome around 3 Days to Your New Body on ramp and Wish For It And It's Yours.
This is the worst back-up I've seen in years. Folks might as well pitch a tent, 'cause they're going to be here a while'. I suggest seeking alternate routes if you're really serious about getting to your destination sometime in the future.
You may want to head over to the Steady Plodding Thoroughfare as it is moving right along, as well as Elbow Grease Highway. You may also want to consider The Road Less Taken/Frost Memorial. End traffic report.
I've got a humorous story to relate. Our family did a movie night at home. We got real comfy, got some popcorn and vegetated. I was tired so I hit the sack before everyone else. It was about 2 a.m. and I awoke having to use the bathroom. I was on my way back to bed and heard the TV, so I went in to shut it off. My 6 year old boy was the only one in the room. I figured he was sleeping. There was some type of infomercial on. As I walked over to shut it off my boy looked up at me with a serious look on his face and said, "Dad, we should get that, it works real good." My first surprise was that he was still up; my second surprise was that he was now a spokesperson for this product. I bought it on the spot.
Just kidding.
I make it a point not to buy anything between the hours of twelve a.m. and four a.m. It has served me well over the years. I would advise the same thing for you. If there is a 'must have' product for you, sleep on it for a day or two. There is a chance that if you buy something on the spur of the moment you will have two regrets. The first regret will be the money spent on the said product. The second regret will be when you see it sitting at your house, unused.
If you are really serious about putting a product to use, waiting a day will do no harm. And, it might even save you some regrets.
